Shipping:

All our orders are shipped with recorded delivery.

Allow 2-5 working days from dispatch date for your delivery.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions:

A1 Customs Uk takes great pride in the quality of our products. If you have a problem related to the item, we will be happy to refund you incase the item is received damaged or there is a mistake on the plate.

However, we do not accept refunds for normal conditioned deliveries as each plate is custom built which means we cannot re-sell or re-use the plate.

Free Shipping: (2-5 working days)

Due to shipping restrictions, our A1 Air Fresheners (aerosol) cannot be shipped outside of the U.K.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
